Registration Guidelines

Instruction for the Authors of Accepted papers
Authors are requested to send the 3 documents in the attachment at aiamms@jecrcu.edu.in in a Zipped file (Paper Submission Number as a file name).

• Camera Ready Paper (PDF and Word, both files). File Name: Paper Submission Number_camera.docx and Paper Submission Number _camera.pdf
• Receipt of Registration Fee paid. File Name: (Paper Submission Number _Fee receipt.pdf)
• Response to Reviewers (word file). File Name: Paper Submission Number _response.docx

Registration Fee Details

• Author can choose any option of registration payment (Rs. 5000 or Rs. 11000 for early bird) according to his / her choice of publications given below. All Journals / Proceedings are SCOPUS Indexed.
• Note: For AIP Journal and Scientific.Net Journals, registration fee also includes publication fees. There will be no extra publication charges. All these Journals are SCOPUS Indexed.
• For Springer Series CCIS, Advanced Manufacturing, and other Proceedings of Taylor and Francis, Elsevier and Wiley, registration fee also includes publication fees. There will be no extra publication charges. All these proceedings are also SCOPUS Indexed.

Note: If author submit more than one paper, he/she will receive significant concession in the second registration. For more details, please contact Conference Chair.

Important Notes:

• Students must produce a valid id card issued by concerned institute to register in student’s category.
• Registration fees includes the Conference Kit, Tea/Coffee, Lunch, and Proceedings during conference days.
• Registration fees does not include accommodation and transportation expenses.
• Minimum one registration is mandatory for a paper to be the part of proceedings. If author/co-author wish to attend the conference and require separate proceeding and certificate along with the conference kit, in that case the author/ co-author need to pay full registration fees individually.
• Accommodation could be arranged in guest house / hostel of JECRC University or nearby hotels as per the availability, on the payment basis for which the organizers will provide necessary assistance if informed well in advance. Details are available in accommodation tab.
