ICETACQ 2026 focuses on the transformative applications of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Smart Systems in next-generation technologies. The conference aims to explore the integration of advanced AI methodologies—such as deep learning, machine learning, pattern recognition, natural language processing, and computer vision—into domains like smart city infrastructure, industrial automation, and sustainable energy systems.
We invite researchers, academicians, and industry practitioners to contribute innovative research and practical solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, robustness, and security of intelligent systems. Submissions should present novel contributions with clear real-world applicability and measurable impact.
Papers must follow AIP proceeding conference format and should not exceed 8 pages including references.
Target acceptance rate: 16-18% with rigorous peer review to maintain high standards.
All submissions must comply with AIP ethical guidelines and originality requirements.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference if accepted.
Each submission undergoes a structured three-stage evaluation: initial editorial screening, Technical Program Committee (TPC) review, and independent external expert review. All reviewers adhere to strict conflict-of-interest policies.
The review process is supported by a diverse panel of 200+ qualified reviewers, with expertise-based assignment and performance monitoring to ensure consistency and fairness.
All submissions are evaluated using Turnitin, with a maximum similarity threshold of 15%, along with checks for self-plagiarism.
The review workflow includes: initial screening → detailed evaluation → optional author rebuttal → final decision → meta-review for borderline cases.
The conference targets a 98%+ review completion rate, supported by statistical analysis of reviewer agreement and continuous quality monitoring.
