Conference Scope

ICETACQ 2026 focuses on the transformative applications of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Smart Systems in next-generation technologies. The conference aims to explore the integration of advanced AI methodologies—such as deep learning, machine learning, pattern recognition, natural language processing, and computer vision—into domains like smart city infrastructure, industrial automation, and sustainable energy systems.

We invite researchers, academicians, and industry practitioners to contribute innovative research and practical solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, robustness, and security of intelligent systems. Submission Guidelines

Paper Format

Papers must follow AIP proceeding conference format and should not exceed 8 pages including references.

Acceptance Rate

Target acceptance rate: 16-18% with rigorous peer review to maintain high standards.

AIP Standards

All submissions must comply with AIP ethical guidelines and originality requirements.

Presentation Requirement

At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference if accepted.

Three-Layer Peer Review

Each submission undergoes a structured three-stage evaluation: initial editorial screening, Technical Program Committee (TPC) review, and independent external expert review. All reviewers adhere to strict conflict-of-interest policies.

All submissions are evaluated using Turnitin, with a maximum similarity threshold of 15%, along with checks for self-plagiarism.

Multi-Stage Decision Process

The review workflow includes: initial screening → detailed evaluation → optional author rebuttal → final decision → meta-review for borderline cases.

Quality Metrics

The conference targets a 98%+ review completion rate, supported by statistical analysis of reviewer agreement and continuous quality monitoring.
